Sids Smokey Garlic Sauce

Sids Raspberry Vinegar

This is a truly wonderful taste experience! Made from raspberries, red wine vinegar and sugar. This can be sprinkled on just about everything.
Makes a great substitute for all other sauces as its’ unique flavour is sweet with a balanced vinegar tang. It is Gluten Free too!

Sids Plum Sauce

Sids Boysenberry Vinegar

Make into a Vinaigrette (4 parts Olive Oil to 1 part Raspberry Vinegar) or use directly as a salad dressing.

Sprinkle sparingly over ice-cream and desserts, especially halved strawberries.

Delicious on avocado, all fruit, cooked fresh asparagus & boiled green beans.

Terrific on all cold meats – especially processed those with preservative.

Use in place of pineapple on a ham steak.

Use in place of Balsamic and only ½ the price!

Makes a refreshing drink. ( 1 finger of vinegar, ice & top-up with soda, tonic or lemonade )

Add 30cc to water when poaching eggs.
